What organisation(s) do you run or work for?

Founder of Colourfull.

How do you / your organisation support and celebrate marginalised people? 

We're on a mission to empower the LGBTQ community, People of Colour (POC) and those who sit at the intersection of the two; we want them to be seen, heard and valued at work, in life and in wider society.

What can we expect from you in the coming months?

We've been doing research into the skills and topics that queer people of colour feel are most relevant to navigating work and life today. Our hope is to create IRL events and workshops for people to connect and build community together!

What’s your secret superpower?

I love interior design. But I'm not sure that makes it a superpower? I've been geeking out and redesigning my home and think I'm pretty good at it!
