This week on the #TOBcommunity spotlight, meet Imriel Morgan. The CEO of Content is Queen, a podcast community for emerging creators on a mission to empower and amplify underrepresented voices.

How do you / your organisation support and celebrate marginalised people? 

Content is Queen is a podcast community for emerging creators. We believe that audio storytelling has the power to transform and enhance our understanding of others and the world. By empowering and amplifying underrepresented voices, we’ll change the world's way of listening to others, creating connection, empathy, and community. True inclusion is an integral part of our DNA and so included in every business process and outcome.

What can we expect from you in the coming months?

We're continuing our work to support independent podcasters by bringing back our Micro-grants for Podcaster's Programme. The plan with this programme is to help creators get their idea's of the ground by giving more hands on support with the production process.

We're also bringing back Content is Queen -the women's podcast festival for 2022 which will be bigger than the previous two.

What’s your secret superpower?

Anxiety- I've learned to use it as a force for good in my life. I've managed to avoid burnout for the last two years and just using my anxious energy to take action when worry and dread creep in. It's not been easy though!
