We are looking for a semi-experienced productions manager and event coordinator to join our small team at our offices in Bow, East London.

The fair is now celebrating 10 years of Urban and Contemporary art fairs in London and New York.

The job would be to the main production manager and coordinator of Moniker Art Fair and Moniker Culture events.

This includes:

  • Managing the exhibitor load in and load out schedule

  • Managing exhibitor stand customization requests

  • Managing the security schedule

  • Managing the cleaning schedule

  • Re-working the floor plan where there are changes

  • Managing the organization of the bar load in and bar build

  • Managing the installation of the outdoor space, container load

  • Managing furniture hire for the fair

  • Managing the on-site carpenters and contractors

  • Requesting insurance documents from all our exhibitors and making sure they have been received

  • Working with floor plans and renders (Experience with Sketch Up required)

  • Managing the invoices from all of the above and working with our accounts team to load up invoices and schedule payments

  • Managing the shipment of artworks and crates internationally

Immediate start.

3-4 days with me in the office in Bow / East London

Salary of 2750 a month (freelance)

10 days on site at the fair -full time.
