We are speaking at FEMpowerment with Marguerite London at The Curtain - a whole day for women wanting to 'werk it' in the work place - giving you the tools you need to be badass in business, own your confidence and look after your mental wellbeing as well as your physical health!
Tickets to the day include: a morning with a choice of exercise classes hosted by Frame and Boom Cycle; use of The Curtain's spa for showering and sprucing before a grand brunch at The Curtain's 'Red Rooster'! The afternoon will be filled to the brim with panel discussions and workshops followed by cocktails at The Curtain!

10am - 11am Yoga by FRAME
FRAME will take you through a fun Vinyasa Flow to get the morning started. This is a mixed ability flow so also suitable for beginners.
10.30 - 11.15am Spinning by Boom Cycle
Boom Cycle puts the fun factor into getting your sweat on! It's the ultimate, 'party on a bike' experience for anyone looking for that full body workout. With the lights low and the world class sound system kicking out high energy music you'll be swept away into an immersive experience where the world outside will cease to exist. We’ll provide the shoes so all you need is the stamina!
10.45 - 11.30am FRAME Body - The Marguerite Edition by FRAME
FRAME will bring a bespoke class for Marguerite, encompassing the best of their high energy classes. You can expect a total body workout using your body weight resistance bands and gliders. Just bring trainers and your game face! 45mins of moving your Frame.
11am - 12pm Showering and sprucing in The Curtain’s spa
12 - 1.30pm A grand brunch of Southern soul food at Red Rooster
1.30 - 2.30pm Panel: 'Being Badass in Business & Werking It in the Workplace'
With the hosts of the Badass Women's Hour, Harriet Minter, Natalie Campbell and Emma Sexton and Co-Founder of The Other Box, Roshni Goyate.
2.30 - 3.30pm Panel: 'Owning It'
